Cougnaud Campus

Completed in 2019, COUGNAUD CAMPUS brings together all the operational functions of the Group's Construction division and accommodates more than 250 employees.

Cougnaud’s head office was built with Cougnaud modular building system, which enables fast construction, easy extension, deconstruction and reuse. From adaptable workstations to conference rooms, the building anticipates the company's developments and immerses its teams in an avant-garde working environment. At the same time, it ensures optimum comfort for its users.

In terms of environmental performance, Cougnaud Campus, designed to be a concentrate of technological innovations, achieves levels of excellence. The project, which is part of the "Positive Energy and Carbon Reduction" experiment, will also contribute to the definition of the future Environmental Regulation2020. For the time being, it stands as a proud witness to know-how, as well as the Cougnaud Group's capacity to innovate.
